He works on the part that comes before the posting: what a business is actually known for, how it should describe itself, and why a customer picks it over the company down the road. That groundwork is what makes consistent content worth publishing.

Questions we get asked

How much of my time does this actually take?

Very little. You send us photos as you work, and we turn them into finished posts.

You never have to write a caption, pick a hashtag or log into a scheduling tool.

What actually makes the phone ring?

The pieces do different jobs. Your Google Business Profile and your reviews are how customers find you and evaluate you — they show up when someone searches your name or your trade nearby, and they answer the question of whether you are legitimate.

Social content gives them recent evidence that you are active, credible and doing good work. Together, they make referrals easier to convert.

Who owns my Google listing and social accounts?

You do, always. Post Haste Social works as an administrator on accounts you own, never the other way around.

If we stop working together, full administrative control is handed back within ten business days and our access is removed. This is written into our agreement, so your accounts are always yours.

Am I locked into a contract?

There is a three-month initial term, then it runs month to month with thirty days notice.

The first three months give us enough time to complete setup, establish a consistent publishing rhythm, and begin measuring what is changing.

How long before I see results?

The review system is one of the first things we set up, so requests start going out early. How fast reviews come back depends on your job volume. Profile views and direction requests on your Google listing are usually the first numbers to move.

Search visibility builds more slowly, as review volume and activity accumulate. Momentum builds steadily over time.

What if I don't have good photos?

Most people already take more photos than they realise — work in progress, finished results, the day to day. Those tend to work better than staged photography because they look real.

Send them to us and we handle the rest. If you want a set of professional images for a website or a proposal, on-site sessions are booked separately.

Already keep job photos in an app or shared folder? We can work from the photos you already have there.
